How is everything going ?

• We will send you by email an advance invoice for 50% of the price of 500 Eur.
• After payment we will send in a large box free of charge to test :
• basic equipment
• Power Nozzle
• KLASIK set
• natural fibre handle
• small electric brush
• on request we can also send a wet cleaning kit to SEK
• Save the box, use it to send back the Rainbow. We will also add adhesive tape to the item, which you can then tape everything over.
• After you try it on, email if you like the Vivenso and want to keep it. You get a free Power Nozzle against your old Rainbow and you choose which of the other included accessories you want to add.
• If you decide to exchange after trying it, you will give us back your Rainbow and Vivenso accessories in the box that you don't want to keep.
• We will send a GLS shipping company for the Rainbow and unused Vivenso accessories when the date is finalized. At the same time, we will invoice you for the additional payment according to your selected items.
• If you are not satisfied, we will send a GLS shipping company for Vivenso. Again, all at our expense.

How did VIVENSO come into being ?

The owner of the German company that manufactures Vivenso is a former Rainbow dealer in Germany who, after the Rainbow patent expired in 2000, started to manufacture his own device in 2001.

The brief was:

• the same system as Rainbow
• reasonable price
• as simple as possible for reliability
• German quality

Now the company sells thousands of units a month all over the world.

• Vivenso deliberately does not use a control unit, which is a potential risk for expensive repairs on all Rainbows since 2004.
• Vivenso does not need and does not have a HEPA filter, just like the reliable Rainbow D4G models,which also do not have one and with which customers are very satisfied. This eliminates the need to care for the HEPA filter, the need for regular inspection, cleaning and possible replacement.
• Vivenso needs almost no maintenance and no additional operating expenses.
• Vivenso is a German made, very reliable machine. It is lighter, easier to operate, easy to fit hoses and other accessories, has a self-cleaning separator, and it mops at the same time as vacuuming.
• Vivenso is reasonable money.
• During 9 years of sales in the country, Vivenso has proven itself very well in heavier operations with daily cleaning such as hotels, schools, kindergartens ( more than 800 units sold in schools ), fitness centers, transport companies to clean buses, etc.
